Shipping Policy

Sacramento City College Store ships via UPS ground. and charges your account a flat $10.00 handling for each order. Please make sure someone is available to receive your order. The College Store is not responsible for packages left at door.  If you want to be more assured that you will receive your order, then you must indicate in the "order comments" section (located under the payment information screen) that you would like the package to be signed for. If you request that your order be signed for, there will be an additional charge. Once your order has been picked up by UPS it takes two days for delivery locally, except weekends and holidays. Please note, we CANNOT ship to Post Office Boxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For out of state orders, the shipping address and the billing address MUST BE THE SAME. Please also note, some orders will be held, for up to three days for incoming stock to arrive. After the three days if stock hasn't arrived the order will be canceled and you will be notified by email. Normal refund policy applies.

 
Main Campus Store Pick-Up Policy

There is a $10.00 minimum for each order. You will be sent a confirmation email notifying you that we have received your order. Please allow two business days after the order has been placed before picking up your order. The person picking up the order must have their identification and printed copy of the confirmation email. Orders less than $10.00 will automatically be canceled. Normal refund policy applies. All pickup's are done at the pick-up window located outside the bookstore to the right of the store entrance.

Pick-up hours are Monday thru Thursday 9:00am - 3:00pm.

                                                  There is no charge for this service.

WSAC Center Pick-Up Policy

There is a $10.00 minimum, After placing your order via: Sac City Web Site, it will take a least three business days before your order will be ready for pickup. Orders less than $10.00 will automatically be canceled.

There is a $10.00 minimum, After placing your order via: Sac City Web Site, it will take a least three business days before your order will be ready for pick up. Orders less than $10.00 will automatically be canceled.
